How many days does It take to ship orders?

All orders require a 3-7 business days production time (may be longer during holidays). All items are made to order. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

USA (MAINLAND)

Please allow 3-5 business days to process and 7-10 business days for delivery.

USA (HI, AK, PR, GUAM)

Please allow 5-7 business days to process and 7-15 business days for delivery.

CANADA

Please allow 5-7 business days to process and 7-10 business days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL

Please allow 5-7 business days to process and 7-28 business days for delivery.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until we start processing (usually 2-3 hours after the order has been placed). If your order has been paid and you need to make changes, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only if the customer sends the item back.

• The item must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging

• Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed

No exchanges will be made without the item being returned.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (25 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a reshipment - all restocking fees are waived off.

We are not responsible for:

• Your order that did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
• Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of 1111 Racing (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
• Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of 1111 Racing
